To Register, send an email to columbialphie@gmail.com with the following information:

1. Name
2. Contact number
3. Are you entering in the doubles tournament? If so, what is the name of your partner (both you and your partner must submit an email and put each other down) Also note if you do NOT plan on entering the singles tournament
4. List what characters you primarily use (up to 3)
5. Rate yourself on a 1-10 scale. 1 being having trouble beating high level CPUs and 10 being able to beat all high level CPUs without losing any lives and using advanced skills (e.g. wave-dash, short-hop, L-cancel, chain-throwing, etc)
